GETTING READY FOR BATTLE
Weekend competitions can be set up for you within 24-48 hours. If you need Score Cards design, please give us 3-4 days lead time. Having the following details ready will help expedite the process of setting you up. Don’t have all the details finalized yet? Don’t worry, we’ll help you plan.
- Competition Logo for your Leaderboard
- Division Names (i.e. RX – Men & Women etc.)
- Competition Events and how they’ll be scored
- Competition Event Descriptions
- Athlete Registration details (if applicable)
- Do you need Custom Score Cards designed?
PREPARING FOR AN ONLINE COMPETITION OR ONLINE QUALIFIER?
Online Qualifiers have more planning involved and therefore can take a 1-2 weeks to organize everything with you. The more information you provide, the faster we can provide a quote and set you up. If you don’t have all the details ready yet, we can help you organize as you continue planning.

OUR SETUP PROCESS
1. GATHERING YOUR DETAILS
We’ll take the time to answer all your questions and work with you to organize all your competition details. This will help us understand the scope of your competition and how we can best tailor all the best tools to run your competition successfully. The more details you have, the better we can provide you with a price quote as well.
2. WE’LL SET EVERYTHING UP FOR YOU.
When we’ve finalized all the details of your competition, our dedicated team personally setups up everything so you don’t have to worry about it. For Weekend Competitions, we’ll provide you with your Scoring Dashboards, Leaderboards and Score Cards if needed. If you are planning an Online Qualifier, there’s a little bit more planning involved, but the first step will be setting up Athlete Registration, getting your athletes assigned with judges and scheduling your weekly online qualifier events.
3. WE’LL SUPPORT YOU EVERY STEP OF THE WAY.
